1. Agreement and Important Definitions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to mapalad, including the website, account area, sports markets, casino-style games, promotions, payment functions, and related services. By creating an account or continuing to use mapalad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
References to “you,” “your,” or “member” mean the individual registered account holder. References to “we,” “our,” or “the platform” mean mapalad. 2. Eligibility, Age, and Location
You may use mapalad only if you are at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and permitted to participate under the rules that apply to your location. You are responsible for understanding whether access to a particular mapalad service is lawful where you are physically present.
You must not access mapalad for another person, allow a minor to use your device or account, or attempt to avoid a location restriction. The platform may request documents or technical checks to confirm age, identity, and location. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, mapalad may restrict registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or account access.
Employees, contractors, game suppliers, event participants, officials, and other persons with confidential or material inside information may be prohibited from wagering on related markets. mapalad may void affected activity when participation creates an actual or potential conflict with fair play.
3. Registration and Identity Verification
You may maintain only one personal mapalad account unless the platform expressly approves another arrangement. Registration information must be complete, current, and truthful. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details, residential information, and any other detail reasonably requested by mapalad.
You must update incorrect or outdated information promptly. A nickname, false date of birth, borrowed mobile number, or payment account belonging to another person may delay verification and withdrawal. mapalad may request an accepted identity document, address evidence, a payment record, a photograph, or another reasonable verification item.
Submitting altered, misleading, stolen, or incomplete documents is prohibited. mapalad may pause transactions while a check is completed. Verification is not a punishment; it helps protect members, prevent underage activity, reduce fraud, and meet applicable requirements.
4. Account Security and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your mapalad username, password, one-time codes, and device access secure. Use a unique password and do not share it with relatives, friends, agents, tipsters, or anyone claiming to represent support. mapalad will not ask you to reveal a complete password or one-time banking code.
Activity completed through your verified mapalad account may be treated as authorised unless you report suspected compromise promptly. Sign out on shared devices, avoid saving login details on public computers, and review account records regularly. If you notice unfamiliar access, payments, or wagers, stop using the account and contact mapalad through the published website email.
You must not sell, transfer, rent, or lend a mapalad account. You must also not purchase access to another member’s account. Account sharing can result in restrictions, additional verification, cancellation of promotional benefits, or closure.
5. Deposits, Payment Methods, and Account Balances
Available mapalad transactions are processed in Philippine pesos. Depending on eligibility and current availability, supported methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Displayed limits, processing periods, and verification requirements may vary.
Use only a payment method that belongs to you. mapalad may reject or reverse a transaction associated with a third party, an incorrect reference, suspected fraud, a payment dispute, or an unsupported source. Your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may apply separate rules outside the control of mapalad.
A mapalad balance is intended for genuine entertainment activity and is not a banking facility. Do not use the account to move funds between payment methods, hold money unrelated to play, or conduct transactions for another person. Deposits may need to be wagered in accordance with stated rules before withdrawal, but mapalad will not impose an undisclosed condition after acceptance.
If an amount is credited incorrectly because of an obvious error, duplicate transaction, reversed payment, or technical problem, mapalad may correct the balance. You must not knowingly spend funds credited by mistake.
6. Wagers, Prices, Results, and Settlement
A wager is valid only when mapalad confirms acceptance and records it in the account history. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not guarantee acceptance. Prices, limits, and market availability can change before confirmation. You must review the final selection, stake, price, and possible return before submitting.
Once accepted, a mapalad wager normally cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong side, or misunderstood the market. The platform may suspend a market, decline a stake, apply an account limit, or stop acceptance when an event starts or integrity information requires review.
Settlement follows the specific market or game rules displayed by mapalad. Sports markets generally use the recognised official result at the stated settlement point. Later corrections may not change settlement unless the applicable rule says otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or cancelled events are handled under the relevant market conditions.
Casino and virtual games are settled using the result produced and recorded by the relevant system. If the screen animation differs from the valid result record because of a display issue, the verified system record may take priority. mapalad may review a disputed result before adjusting an account.
An obvious error can include a clearly incorrect price, impossible market, duplicated return, incorrect participant, or result offered after the outcome was already known. mapalad may void or resettle activity affected by a genuine obvious error, applying a fair correction based on the available record and relevant rules.
7. Promotions, Bonuses, and Rewards
Each mapalad promotion has separate conditions covering eligibility, minimum deposit, qualifying activity, wagering requirements, expiry, maximum benefit, excluded games, withdrawal restrictions, and permitted payment methods. The promotion-specific conditions form part of this agreement.
Do not claim a mapalad promotion until you understand its rules. A large displayed bonus is not the same as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds and winnings may remain restricted until valid requirements are completed. Expired or cancelled promotional value may be removed from the account.
Only one person, household, device, payment method, or other stated unit may qualify where a promotion has that restriction. Creating duplicate accounts, coordinating claims, placing low-risk opposite wagers, or manipulating game activity to extract a reward is prohibited. mapalad may withhold a promotional benefit while suspicious activity is reviewed.
8. Withdrawals and Transaction Reviews
A withdrawal request must use an available method registered to the verified mapalad account holder. Before processing, mapalad may ask for identity, payment ownership, address, account activity, or source-of-funds evidence. A pending check can extend the processing period.
Withdrawal amounts are subject to displayed minimums, maximums, account limits, unsettled wagers, active bonus conditions, and security controls. If a request contains an error, mapalad may return the funds to the account balance and ask the member to submit corrected information.
Do not cancel a mapalad withdrawal merely to continue playing if the original request represented your planned stopping point. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks and wallets may perform their own reviews. Members should confirm that payment details are accurate before submitting.
9. Prohibited Activity and Fair-Play Controls
You must use mapalad honestly and only for personal entertainment. Prohibited activity includes fraud, collusion, identity misuse, payment abuse, money laundering, automated wagering, exploitation of software faults, manipulation of promotions, use of confidential information, and interference with the normal operation of the website.
You must not use scripts, bots, scraping systems, or unauthorised software to gain an advantage or overload mapalad. You must not reverse engineer a game, probe platform security, disguise your true location, or attempt to bypass an account restriction.
mapalad may monitor transactions and game activity to protect members and market integrity. If activity reasonably requires investigation, the platform may suspend affected wagers, request documents, restrict payment access, or temporarily lock the account. Confirmed prohibited activity may lead to corrected settlement, loss of improperly obtained benefits, or account closure.
10. Responsible Gaming
mapalad is an entertainment platform for eligible adults, not a source of guaranteed income. Every wager carries a risk of loss. You should set a PHP deposit limit, loss limit, and session time before playing. Never use money reserved for food, rent, utilities, transport, education, medical care, debt payments, or family needs.
Do not chase losses by increasing a mapalad stake or depositing repeatedly. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and a losing sequence does not make a win due. If activity causes anxiety, secrecy, arguments, missed responsibilities, or borrowing, stop using mapalad and review the Responsible Gaming page.
mapalad may offer deposit limits, temporary breaks, or self-exclusion controls. A member must not attempt to bypass an active responsible gaming restriction by opening another account or using somebody else’s details. Requests concerning self-exclusion may be treated as final for the selected period.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
You may stop using mapalad at any time and request account closure after pending wagers, verification matters, and valid balances are addressed. Closing an account does not cancel obligations or investigations that arose before closure.
mapalad may restrict, suspend, or close an account for eligibility concerns, false information, verification failure, prohibited activity, payment disputes, security risk, responsible gaming action, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, mapalad may ask for further information before making a final decision.
Valid withdrawable funds are handled according to verification, payment, and legal requirements. Promotional benefits obtained through duplicate accounts, false information, or abuse may be removed. Suspension does not automatically mean that all funds are forfeited.
12. Service Availability and Technical Issues
mapalad aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failure, device problems, supplier outages, payment delays, event changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access.
If a mapalad session disconnects, check the account history before repeating a transaction or wager. A missing animation or confirmation screen does not necessarily mean that the action failed. The valid platform record is used to determine whether an action was accepted and how it should be settled.
Members are responsible for using a supported device, stable connection, and current browser. mapalad is not responsible for losses caused solely by a member’s failure to protect a device, read an accepted wager, or maintain an adequate connection.
13. Privacy, Communications, and Records

You agree to receive essential mapalad account communications, including verification requests, transaction notices, security alerts, changes to services, and responsible gaming messages. Promotional communications are handled according to the preferences and rules applicable to your account.
Electronic records maintained by mapalad may be used to review account access, transactions, accepted wagers, results, communications, and disputes. Members should keep their own payment receipts and promptly report any record they believe is incorrect.
14. Changes, Complaints, and Final Provisions
mapalad may revise these Terms and Conditions when products, payment methods, security practices, laws, or operational needs change. Material updates may be announced through the website or account area. Continuing to use mapalad after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have a complaint, provide the relevant mapalad username, transaction or wager reference, date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords, wallet PINs, card security codes, or one-time passwords. mapalad will review the available account and system records before responding.
If one part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted. A delay by mapalad in enforcing a term does not permanently waive that term. These Terms and Conditions, together with incorporated policies and specific market rules, form the agreement governing use of the platform.
By registering or continuing to access mapalad, you confirm that you understand the risks of gaming, meet the eligibility rules, will use only your own funds and account, and accept responsibility for decisions made through your verified profile.
